In the past few years many patients have made an appointment to come see us after visiting our web site. We have performed Thyroid Surgery on a large number of those patients. But we have also received an overwhelming number of calls from folks who are already in the middle of their treatment plan with their doctor, and they still call to just sort of "talk it over" with someone else. This is not fair to either the patient or his/her physician, and it accomplishes nothing. We, therefore, only accept calls from patients who have not yet been treated.
