I have tried to write this letter so many times, but I can't seem to find the words to express my appreciation to you for all you have done for Gene and me.

You worked us into your busy schedule and then spent so much time with our problems.

You did such a fantastic surgery on Gene. He had no problems and wasn't ever in pain.

After we met you, we knew, like Randy did, that we would never consider having any one else operate on Gene.

You are such a warm and compassionate doctor, and we feel blessed to have you on our team.
